Postpartum Recuperation Plan
These plans are designed to improve the physical condition of women during and after pregnancy, while combatting weight gain, cellulite, fluid retention and preventing stretch marks.
This treatment depends on the type of birth. The Postpartum plan begins 40 days after giving birth. Women who have given a cesarean section birth may proceed two moths later with the part of the plan that recuperates the skin and fat accumulation. They must wait six to nine months before stimulating the muscles.
When the mother is breast feeding her child she must not undergo treatments that include chemical substances. Radiofrequency and laser treatments are permitted in this stage.
Treatments during this phase include

1.Recovery of the abdominal wall: treatment includes radiofrequency, mesotherapy, carboxytherapy and electrostimulation.
2.Recuperation of weight prior to giving birth:
A good diet is essential to our organisms. Thus a balanced diet with calcium, iron, proteins and vitamins are necessary for our body.
3.Removal of accumulated fat:
Cavitation therapy is used to break down fat deposits and fat cells in the body.
4) Rid of cellulite:
Process eliminates all the toxins accumulated in the body. This phase includes: electrotherapy, fat reduction massages, lymphatic drainage and carboxytherapy.
5. Recovery of pelvic muscles:
Muscles will undergo rehabilitation exercises to avoid urinary incontinence.
